config: Disable atomisp due to issues 
Disable CONFIG_INTEL_ATOMISP because the atomisp module currently causes
problems on the Surface 3. See issue #1095 for more information.

We currently carry some horrendously outdated patches, that nobody
should use any more. Old kernel sources will still be kept in the
respective branches at

if you need to have a look at them.
