This has totally nothing to do with the fact that I nuked the scripts
for my mirror and I am probably too lazy to rewrite them in the near
future.

Remove config files from the repo.
...
They don't apply to all models and we want to move installation to
a package install only process.
I've added updated instructions for configuring mwifiex here:
https://github.com/linux-surface/linux-surface/wiki/Known-Issues
as well as the sleep script.
The ath10k models need board firmware replacements besides the config.
Those entries were added to the Surface Go/SL3 AMD pages.

Pull fedora kernel sources from my repository
...
The one that is provided by an upstream developer is sometimes a bit
slow (5.4.13 vs. 5.4.15 on my repo). Switching it to my version of it,
which is fully automated will hopefully speed things up once fedora has
been rebased to 5.5.
