some small fixes

Fixed before release:
- stack lemp not acepting stable/mainline parameter.
- external db unattended not working.
- httpauth delete similar names issues.
- mysql site with external db not should need wp prefix parameter, removed!
- ssl-on failing due to subdomain check.
