Log level for errors has been increased to warn.

New auto indexing safety delay default is 5 min.
New auto import safety delay default is 3 min.
Previous was the same as wakeup interval, which is 15 min by default.

The safety delay may be configured individually using
PHOTOPRISM_AUTO_INDEX and PHOTOPRISM_AUTO_IMPORT. A negative value
disables the feature.
