Updated default flavor, fixed some bugs
Default flavor has been redesigned for 2.1.3 and a few bugs were found and then, as is tradition, squashed.

- Cleaned up a lot of the code and started using `rem` and more `em` than percentages and pixels whenever possible.

- Updated `card` module, removing the specific fix for `input` and `button` elements and replacing it with a more generic solution that can work for any element (so now `pre` `.section`s will look ok).
