Changes:
- Big IPTS/ITHC update:
- Update IPTS driver to its latest version. This switches the
interface from a custom device interface to hidraw.
- Include ITHC driver to support touchscreen and pen on newer
generation devices.
Note: Both require an updated IPTSd version.
- Rebase onto 6.1.9
