Including: - Fix for kernel crashing with GCC 10 due to optimization causing invalid stack protector (see https://lkml.org/lkml/2020/3/14/186). - Fix for GCC 10 command-line option changes. - Plugin updates for GCC 10. - Updates USER_NS_UNPRIVILEGED patch.

gcc-10 will rename --param=allow-store-data-races=0

to -fno-allow-store-data-races.
