Update v6.6 patches

configs/surface-6.6: Replace CIO2_BRIDGE with IPU_BRIDGE 
CONFIG_CIO2_BRIDGE has been removed and we have to actively enable
CONFIG_IPU_BRIDGE now as it is no longer selected by
CONFIG_VIDEO_IPU3_CIO2.
