Andreas Kling e483bb70f0 RequestServer: Use libcurl for HTTP and HTTPS downloads
This replaces the use of our home-grown implementations inherited
from SerenityOS.

Timothy Flynn 7106a7bd58 LibWebView+UI: Allow debugging any helper process
This removes the --debug-web-content flag, and replaces it with a
--debug-process=<process-name> flag. For example:

    ladybird --debug-process=WebContent
    ladybird --debug-process=RequestServer

This allows attaching gdb to any helper process.

Daniel Bertalan c62240aa80 Everywhere: Warn on function definitions without prototypes
If no header includes the prototype of a function, then it cannot be
used from outside the translation unit it was defined in. In that case,
it should be marked as `static`, in order to avoid possible ODR
problems, unnecessary exported symbols, and allow the compiler to better
optimize those.

If this warning triggers in a function defined in a header, `inline`
needs to be added, otherwise if the header is included in more than one
TU, it will fail to link with a duplicate definition error.

The reason this diff got so big is that Lagom-only code wasn't built
with this flag even in Serenity times.

Ali Mohammad Pur e0465b8939 Revert "LibTLS+Everywhere: Switch to using WolfSSL"
This reverts commit 8bb610b97a.
Linking wolfSSL seems to cause more legal trouble than it's worth due to
it being GPLv2, so let's undo this for now.

Ali Mohammad Pur 8bb610b97a LibTLS+Everywhere: Switch to using WolfSSL
This commit replaces all TLS connection code with wolfssl.
The certificate parsing code has to remain for now, as wolfssl does not
seem to have any exposed API for that.

Andreas Kling f2fd8fc928 Everywhere: Remove LibGemini
This hasn't been maintained (or worked at all) for a long time,
and it's not a widely supported protocol, so let's drop it.

Timothy Flynn bdbe2fdcc5 Everywhere: Replace SERENITY_SOURCE_DIR with LADYBIRD_SOURCE_DIR
In order to have checkouts of both SerenityOS and Ladybird, we need to
use a different environment variable for Ladybird.

Ali Mohammad Pur 57714fbb38 RequestServer: Handle IPC requests on multiple threads concurrently
Previously RS handled all the requests in an event loop, leading to
issues with connections being started in the middle of other connections
being started (and potentially blowing up the stack), ultimately causing
requests to be delayed because of other requests.
This commit reworks the way we handle these (specifically starting
connections) by first serialising the requests, and then performing them
in multiple threads concurrently; which yields a significant loading
performance and reliability increase.

name.

Andrew Kaster 5e1d678bae Ladybird+Userland: Remove use of unnecessary fd passing socket concept
Now that LibIPC is using SCM_RIGHTS properly, we can go back to only
having one socket laying around when needing to transfer fds to peers.

Shannon Booth e800605ad3 AK+LibURL: Move AK::URL into a new URL library
This URL library ends up being a relatively fundamental base library of
the system, as LibCore depends on LibURL.

This change has two main benefits:
 * Moving AK back more towards being an agnostic library that can
be used between the kernel and userspace. URL has never really fit
that description - and is not used in the kernel.
 * URL _should_ depend on LibUnicode, as it needs punnycode support.
However, it's not really possible to do this inside of AK as it can't
depend on any external library. This change brings us a little closer
to being able to do that, but unfortunately we aren't there quite
yet, as the code generators depend on LibCore.

Ali Mohammad Pur 6dfb2f9dc8 Everywhere: Merge the WebSocket service into RequestServer
This keeps the APIs separate as they are wildly different, a future
improvement could be to somehow unify the APIs (if possible).

Closes #23080.

Andrew Kaster 4dd2ec68fc RequestServer: Transfer ownership of Protocols to all_protocols map
It's no change in application behavior to have these objects owned by
the function-scope static map in Protocol.cpp, while allowing us to
remove some ugly FIXMEs from time immemorial.

Andrew Kaster 68402bec12 Ladybird: Remove $SERENITY_SOURCE_DIR from resource root candidates
Now we will only load resources from $build/share/Lagom. On macOS, we
load from the bundle directory Contents/Resources instead. This
simplifies the commands and environment variables needed to execute
Ladybird from the build directory, and makes our install setup less
awkward for distributions and packagers.

Andrew Kaster 57a04c536c Ladybird: Enable rich debug messages on all processes
Android is excluded from this patch because the Android dbgln routes

Andrew Kaster 7bc009d80f Ladybird: Add new template Kotlin Android application without Qt
This template app from Android Studio should hopefully be more fun to
work on than the Qt wrapped application we were using before. :^)

It currently builds the native code using gradle rules, and has a stub
WebViewImplementationNative class that will wrap a c++ class of the same
name that inhertis from WebView::ViewImplementation. Spawning helper
processes and creating proper views in Kotlin is next on the list.

Timothy Flynn 58e3b8cf58 Ladybird: Ensure RequestServer depends on its generated sources
Ladybird's RequestServer needs to depend on its generated IPC header
files to ensure they are generated before RequestServer is compiled,
which we currently bundle into LibWebView.

Andrew Kaster b5bfe732d7 Ladybird: Add RequestServer process to optionally replace Qt Networking
LibTLS still can't access many parts of the web, so let's hide this
behind a flag (with all the plumbing that entails).

Hopefully this can encourage folks to improve LibTLS's algorithm support
:^).
